1. What this policy covers
This policy explains what personal and health-related data BhAi collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have, whether you access BhAi directly or through a partner gym, employer, or insurer.
2. Data we collect
- Account and profile data: name, contact details, and login information.
- Health and lifestyle data: body measurements, meal and habit inputs, wellness check-ins, and progress you share with the platform.
- Usage data: how you interact with the app, to improve coaching and reliability.
- Payment data: billing details processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
3. How we use your data
- To generate your personal plan and daily coaching guidance.
- To let your Gym Partner, employer, or insurer see aggregated, non-identifying engagement and outcome trends for their program, where applicable.
- To improve our prediction model and coaching quality.
- To process payments and communicate with you about your account.
4. What we don't do
We do not sell your personal or health data to third parties or advertisers.
5. Who we share data with
We share data only where needed to run the service: our cloud infrastructure providers (AWS and Google Cloud), our payment processor, and - in aggregated, non-identifying form - your Gym Partner, employer, or insurer, so they can see program-level engagement and outcomes rather than your individual health details.
6. Data security
BhAi is built on a zero-trust cloud architecture with encryption in transit and at rest, Workload Identity Federation between cloud providers, and hashed tokens for service-to-service communication. See the Security section above for detail.
7. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution requirements. You can request deletion as described below.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for optional data uses, by writing to sunnyarora@bodyheal.in. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law.
9. Children's data
BhAi is not intended for individuals under 18 without the involvement of a parent, guardian, or an authorized partner program. We do not knowingly collect data from children outside such an arrangement.
10. International infrastructure
Our infrastructure providers (AWS and Google Cloud) may process data in data centers outside India as part of standard cloud operations. We take steps to keep this data secured in line with the safeguards described in our Security section.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above.
