By creating an account, making a payment, or otherwise using BhAi, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
BhAi is intended for use by adults (18 years or older). If you are accessing BhAi through a partner gym, employer, or insurer, your use is also subject to any additional terms agreed between that partner and Baikal Brains LLP.
BhAi provides AI-assisted lifestyle and metabolic coaching, including onboarding, plan matching, meal and habit analysis, and ongoing daily guidance, delivered directly or under a partner's white-label or co-branded experience.
BhAi is a lifestyle and wellness coaching tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified physician before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, or health routine, particularly if you have an existing medical condition.
Where BhAi is offered through a Gym Partner, Baikal Brains LLP collects payment from the gym's clients (members) for access to the platform on the Gym Partner's behalf, and shares an agreed percentage of that revenue with the Gym Partner under a separate partner agreement. The exact revenue-share percentage, billing cycle, and payout terms are set out in that partner agreement and are not published on this website.

All payments made for BhAi access and coaching plans are final and non-refundable, except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
BhAi's software, prediction models, protocols, designs, and content are the property of Baikal Brains LLP and are protected by applicable intellectual property law, including the provisional patent referenced in the Proof section above (IN 202541131196). Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property to you or to any partner, except as expressly agreed in a separate written license or partner agreement.
BhAi runs on third-party infrastructure, including AWS and Google Cloud, and may link to third-party sites or services (such as scheduling or payment providers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baikal Brains LLP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of BhAi. BhAi is provided "as is," and while we work to keep guidance accurate and relevant, outcomes depend on many individual factors outside our control.
We may suspend or terminate access to BhAi for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at a partner's request where access was granted through that partner. You may stop using the platform at any time; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens to billing when you do.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above. Continued use of BhAi after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of BhAi is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.

Body Heal / BhAi operates a strict no-refund policy. Once a payment for BhAi access or a coaching plan has been processed, it is final and non-refundable, regardless of how much of the plan or billing period has been used.
You may cancel your BhAi access at any time to stop future renewals. Cancelling stops the next billing cycle from being charged, but does not refund any amount already paid for the current or any prior billing period. To cancel, contact us at sunnyarora@bodyheal.in or through your Gym Partner if you signed up through one.
The no-refund policy above does not apply to genuine billing errors, such as a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount charged due to a technical fault. Report any such issue within 7 days of the charge to sunnyarora@bodyheal.in with your payment reference, and we will investigate and correct genuine errors.
Where BhAi is sold through a Gym Partner, this policy governs the amount charged to the gym's clients. It does not affect the separate revenue-share arrangement between Baikal Brains LLP and the Gym Partner, which is set out in that partner's own agreement.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any statutory right you may have under Indian consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded by this policy.

This policy explains what personal and health-related data BhAi collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have, whether you access BhAi directly or through a partner gym, employer, or insurer.
We do not sell your personal or health data to third parties or advertisers.
We share data only where needed to run the service: our cloud infrastructure providers (AWS and Google Cloud), our payment processor, and - in aggregated, non-identifying form - your Gym Partner, employer, or insurer, so they can see program-level engagement and outcomes rather than your individual health details.
BhAi is built on a zero-trust cloud architecture with encryption in transit and at rest, Workload Identity Federation between cloud providers, and hashed tokens for service-to-service communication. See the Security section above for detail.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution requirements. You can request deletion as described below.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for optional data uses, by writing to sunnyarora@bodyheal.in. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law.
BhAi is not intended for individuals under 18 without the involvement of a parent, guardian, or an authorized partner program. We do not knowingly collect data from children outside such an arrangement.
Our infrastructure providers (AWS and Google Cloud) may process data in data centers outside India as part of standard cloud operations. We take steps to keep this data secured in line with the safeguards described in our Security section.
